Shipping policy

All orders are prepared for shipment after completed checkout. Please allow for up to 72 hours to prepare shipments. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 72 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Flat rate shipping: We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping in the USA. 

Local Pick Up: For your convenience and safety, in-store or curbside pickup are available. You can choose this preference in your order. You can call the store 315-714-3255 if you are coming to the store and prefer curbside pickup. We are happy to accommodate your preferences! You can also make order over the phone for pickup or shipping. 

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@nocogro.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
